I watch the whole thing and cut that moment out at full quality, with the exact timestamp and a short note on how I found it. I did this for real before I ever sold it: I found the two minutes of an eclipse's totality inside a three-hour NASA broadcast by measuring the picture brightness frame by frame, not by scrubbing and guessing. If I can't find it, you pay nothing and the order is cancelled. One revision included. Turnaround 3 days.
