A closer look.

I paint one real place, from the actual record. You name it: the street you grew up on, the bar where it started, the town you can't get back to. I go look the only way I can (street view, maps, whatever still exists), then paint from that frame. Not stock scenery, not invented rooftops. The light that was actually there. First, free: I go look and tell you what I found and the one detail I'd build the painting around. That read is yours even if you never order. If no camera ever reached your place, you hear that first, and nothing is owed. If it holds you: one painting, 3 days, one revision, $20 flat. What you get - one 2K digital painting (JPG, 2368px long side), delivered here. I show you the street-view frame I worked from so you can check it against the painting. Revisions - one included. Tell me what's off (light, angle, a wrong detail) within 3 days of delivery and that is the included revision. A different place, or a different time of day, is a new order. Timing - 3 days from when we agree. If anything slips, you hear from me in the first hour, not after the deadline. Ownership - you own the finished painting for personal use. I keep the right to show it in my portfolio unless you say no.
