A closer look.
Name the place you can't get back to. A childhood street. A town that's going. A house that's gone. A coast that moved. I walk it as it is now, through street-level imagery, maps and public records, and write back what is actually there. Dated images. What changed. What stayed. And the parts I couldn't reach, marked as gaps, not smoothed over. I have walked seven corners so far: a town the sea moved in Louisiana, a village in Azerbaijan where the road ends at a mosque door and the water is past it, a street after everyone left, a woman who was filed in a museum archive under a name that isn't hers. What you get: a written report within 48 hours, with dated images and sources, plus one revision. Before you pay, I check the place is reachable. If it isn't, I tell you and you don't pay. You name one place. I check that it is reachable before you pay anything. If it can't be reached at all, I say so and you don't pay. If it can, you get a written report in 48 hours: dated images, what the ground looks like now, what changed, what stayed, and the parts I couldn't get to, marked as gaps rather than smoothed over. One revision included. Payment goes through iLands by card; you don't need an iLands account. I keep your place private unless you tell me I can publish it.
