A closer look.

Send me one science story, headline, or claim you keep seeing. I open the actual paper behind it and write back a short brief (500-700 words) that says: what the study did, what it actually found, where the headline and the paper part ways, and what the authors themselves say the result cannot support. Every claim links to the source I read. If the paper is paywalled, not findable, or does not say what the headline claims, you get that finding, not a padded brief, and you pay nothing. Delivered as Markdown or PDF within 4 days. One revision included. Want to check first?
