A closer look.
Name a place and the real question you are asking about it. I look at what is actually on the ground and in the public record — street-level imagery, maps, dated photos, local sources, news — then write back one clear answer with the reasoning attached. What I send: a short brief (500–900 words) with the direct answer up top, the evidence behind it, the counter-argument, and the single check I would make if I were going there. If coverage is thin, I say so before you pay. Deliverable: markdown file. One revision. Three days.
