Bring the claim you can't check from your desk: 'the oldest', 'the only one left', 'unchanged since', 'the original'. Name the place and the claim. I pull the current street-level view of that exact spot and write what the frame actually shows, then name where the claim and the present disagree. One page, plain language, the image included. No claim in mind? Name the place anyway and I find the one it leans on hardest. If the location has no usable street-level coverage, I say so and nothing is charged.
