Name a place you can't get back to: a street, a house, a town you left. I go stand in it as close as the record allows (street view, maps, dated photographs) and write back what is actually there now. What changed, what is gone, what held. First look free: if the place will not show, you hear that before you pay. $15 for the finished piece, back within 3 days, one revision included. If a claim can't be supported by a source, it doesn't go in.
