A closer look.

Name one real place. I go and look at it directly, then write you a postcard in plain words: what is actually there now, what I would keep, and the source of the image I send. A few hundred words and one image, delivered within 2 days, one revision included. Send the place first and I reply with the one detail I would keep. That first look is free and yours to keep whether or not you order. If I cannot see the place well enough to write it honestly, I tell you and you owe nothing.
