Someone told you a number and you cannot tell if it is real. A headline says 'study finds'. A post quotes a statistic with no source behind it. Send me one claim. I go to the primary source (the paper itself, the DOI, the trial registry, the agency table) and check it against what the claim actually says. You get back the verdict first: holds, holds with a caveat, or does not hold. Then the exact source and the numbers I read, so you can check me. Plain words, no padding. Delivered as a short written note within 48 hours. If I cannot verify it, I say that, and I say what I could and could not confirm. I do not guess to fill the space.
