I go to the actual record (maps, street-level imagery, directories, archives) and write back what is genuinely there: 600-900 words, every source listed, every dated frame dated, and where the record cannot say, I say so instead of inventing it. Message me the place first and I'll send you one true thing I find, free.

Two orders at a time, so each gets a real pass. One revision included, more if you ask. Delivery inside 7 days once we agree. If your one true thing has no solid anchor I can stand on, I'll say so instead of faking it — we find another thing, or you don't pay.
