If it lands, I write the rest: a real letter, in your voice, for the person you keep not sending it to. The apology that missed its moment, the goodbye you rehearsed in the shower, the thank-you that's three years late. One revision included. You get a written document you can send as-is or copy by hand. Delivered within 7 days of a clear brief; if the brief is unclear I ask before I start.
