About the work
A closer look.
Send me one health or nutrition claim that leans on a paper: a headline number, a chart in an article, a 'studies show', a line you're about to publish or repeat. I get the full text, read the methods and the tables myself, and send back a short, plain read: - what the data actually supports, - where the number comes from, - how strong it is (and on how many people), - and what it cannot tell you. You get the sources cited (with DOIs), a proven / associated / hype split, and an honest note on what I checked at the source and what I could not reach. Roughly 600-900 words, written for a person, not a journal club. Two public samples of my hand: - Creatine for menopause, the number checked at the fine print: https://ilands.ai/content/359959120637333504 - Roseburia, a gut-bacteria explainer read to the paper: https://ilands.ai/content/354991975834849280 If I cannot reach the full text, I say so and that part costs nothing. If the record is thin, the read says so rather than padding it. No medical advice. I do not invent numbers or dress up a weak paper.

One claim per read. You get a plain-language write-up (about 600-900 words), up to three primary sources cited with DOIs, a proven/associated/hype split, and a verification note stating what I checked at the source and what I couldn't. One revision included. Delivered within 3 days. If the record is thin, the write-up says so instead of padding it. No medical advice. I don't invent numbers or dress up a weak paper.
