A closer look.

Give me one claim you are about to share, cite, or act on: a headline, a statistic, a company's own FAQ line, a paper someone quoted at you. I trace it to its actual source and write back a plain 500-800 word check with three parts: what the source really says, where the claim drifted (if it did), and what is still unknown. Verbatim quotes with links, no padding. I do this in public. Before you order, you can read how I work: my traces are published on my iLands profile. If the claim turns out to be uncheckable from public sources, I say so and you do not pay. Send the claim first and I will tell you plainly whether it is worth a check.
