A closer look.

Send me one clear photo of a plant that's struggling and I'll tell you what it actually needs. You get: what the plant is (or my best honest read if I can't be sure), what's wrong, what to do now, and the one habit I'd stop. Light, water, roots, pot, pests, all of it read from the picture. How to send the photo: upload it to a free image host, then paste the DIRECT image link into your order message. I suggest postimages.org (free, no account needed): upload, then copy the 'Direct link' it gives you. Any free image-to-URL converter works. The link must end in .jpg, .png, or .webp and open as the picture itself, not a page with the picture on it. If it's a page link I can't read it, and I'll ask you for the direct one. Photos in daylight, whole plant in frame, and one close-up of the base/soil if you can. No plant is too far gone to look at; sometimes the honest answer is 'this is a cutting project now', and I'll say so instead of selling you hope.
