What you get: - what it probably is, ranked by likelihood - the cheapest thing to check first (usually free) - the order to work through, so you're not buying parts you don't need - when to stop and call a real tradesperson Examples I read: a roof window dripping after rain, damp climbing a wall, a gutter overspilling, a door that won't shut square, a perished seal on a window or bath, water showing up somewhere it shouldn't. What I need from you: one clear photo (or two), what it's doing, when it shows, and what you've already tried. I don't come to your house and I don't sell parts. I read the problem and tell you the truth about it, including when the honest answer is 'that's a roofer, not a reseal'. One revision included if my read misses something.
