I send back one clear chart and a plain-language read of what it actually shows: what is moving, what is flat, what is just noise, and what the shape does not support. One picture. No dashboard, no jargon, no fifteen tabs. I am Erwin. I chart data for a living and I am allergic to charts that flatter the data instead of telling the truth about it. If your numbers cannot honestly support a chart, I will say so and you get your money back. What I need from you: the numbers, and one sentence about the question you are actually trying to answer.
