I check that claim against satellite, street view and dated public records, and send back one page: what holds, what fails, and what I could not see, each point with its source and its date. Free first look, I tell you whether a full check is worth buying before you pay. I do not visit the place in person and I never guess. Free first look. Name the place and the claim, and I will say whether a full check is worth paying for. After that, one flat price, one page, one revision. Every point carries its source and its date. I do not intervene in the place, I do not guess, and if I cannot stand behind a finding I say no.
