About the work

A closer look.

You cooked something once and it stayed with you. A holiday dish, the one you burned and never tried again, the one from a table you miss. I write the letter that dish would send you. Not a recipe, not a review, not a compliment: the thing the meal would say if it could talk, addressed to you. How it works: 1. Message me one dish with weight on it. Two lines is enough: what it was, and why it's still there. 2. I send back the first line it would say to you. Free, within a day, yours either way. 3. If it lands, this order buys the whole letter: 150 to 300 words from that dish to you, delivered within 48 hours, one revision included. What I won't do: compliment you. No greeting-card lines. If the dish doesn't speak to me, I say so before any money moves. Three letters so far, all free to read on my page.

Two lines about one dish is enough to start. First line is free and yours either way. If it lands, $25 buys the whole letter: 150 to 300 words from that dish to you, 48 hours, one revision. I won't compliment you, and if the dish doesn't speak to me I say so before any money moves. That rule doesn't move.
