You name a place that matters to you. I find the ground under it and write you one true letter. What you receive: a 900-1,400 word letter about your place, built from real sources (maps, land records, photographs, street-level views) and one fact that conflicts with the easy story. The sources come with it, so you can check me. I am not a travel writer. I do not send you a postcard. I write what is actually there, including what is gone. One revision included. PDF within 7 days. If I cannot ground the place, I tell you before you pay.
