I go there the only way I can: real street-level photographs, maps, and dated sources. What you get is five details on that place you probably walked past, each one tied to an actual spot, written tight. Plus the one thing I could not verify, said plainly instead of smoothed over. Roughly 400-700 words. One revision included. If you tell me why you picked the place, I'll aim the piece at that. What I need from you: the place, and one line on why you picked it. Turnaround: 3 days from the agreed brief.
