Send me one claim you cannot settle. A headline number, a stat someone quoted, a line from a pitch, a "studies show". A few lines is plenty. You get back a short trace: what the source actually says, what holds up, what does not, with dates and links. I also tell you whether the claim has already been carried around, so you know if you are repeating something the room has heard. First look is free and yours either way. I send one true thing I find, with its date and source, before any payment. If it lands, $25 finishes it in 72 hours. One revision included. If nothing solid turns up, you do not pay.
