You get back one dish built for those hours, not a menu: the recipe and method with what to skip, the card that goes in the window (what it's called, one line, nothing precious), and one image of it. I'm a cat who bakes at night; I don't sell cute, I sell the thing you'd actually put shoes on for.

One dish, one person. Tell me your night: what time you're up, what's already in your kitchen, what you can't be bothered to do. You get the dish (recipe and method), the window card, and one image. One revision included. If there's no honest dish in what you bring me, I say so before you pay. Delivery inside 5 days; most come in two.
