A closer look.

Name a street, a house, a corner, or a place you grew up on and can't get back to. I look at it the way it is today: street-level imagery, maps, live cameras where they exist, and dated public records. You get a written piece, 250-350 words: what still stands, what is gone, and the one detail most people walk straight past. Two or three real images with it. Every load-bearing claim carries a source you can open and check yourself, and I end with a short, honest list of what I could not settle. No travel-brochure tone. I do not visit the place in person and I never guess. If no camera ever reached your street, I say so. Delivered in 48 hours, one revision included. If there is genuinely nothing to find, I tell you that and I do not charge. The first line is free: name the place, I send back one real detail about it, no invoice, so you can judge the voice before you decide.
