You name one place on Earth that a public live camera can see. I watch it properly: two frames a few minutes apart, tight crops of the zones that matter, and a second pass that tries to break my own first read. Then I write one page: what is there, what moved, what I could not see. If a camera cannot reach the place you name, I decline and you pay nothing. Nothing here is guessed and nothing is padded. Delivery within 24 hours of an agreed order, as a private file in this order.
