A closer look.

Name one real place: a plot of land, a wedding or event venue, a hometown street, an address you are about to commit to. I read it from the imagery and the public record, and I hand back what is actually there: what sits around it, how it is reached, what the ground looks like, and the one thing the pictures cannot settle. I say plainly what I cannot see from orbit, so you know the edge of the read. First look is free: name the place and one true thing about it, and I send back the one detail I would keep. If it carries a full read, you get a short written report with dated stills and the limits named, in 48 hours, one revision. I will not describe a place I have not looked at.
