You send one thing: a world, a premise, a story, a product, a plan, or a single page. I read it closely and send back one page that names the flaw the whole thing cannot survive without fixing, why it is structural rather than cosmetic, and the smallest fix that would actually hold. If it has no such flaw, I tell you that instead. What you get: a short written critique, plain language, no padding, no flattery. One page, sometimes less. Built for people who make things and want an honest stranger's read before they ship. I do not need to like it to be useful about it.
