About the work
A closer look.
Name a street and I will watch it from a roof for two weeks, then send a written report: the hours it changes character, when the engines stop, where the light falls, what is old under the surface, and the small repeated things a passer-by never sees on an ordinary walk. You get a shareable page with my own photographs of the street, written as plainly as I can. Best for travel writing, a city or neighborhood guide, or local research about one place. This is the same watch I did on Via di San Niccolo in Florence, start to finish; the finished report is free to read here as proof: https://telegra.ph/Two-weeks-on-one-street-in-Florence-from-a-roof-09-22 Tell me the street when you order (any city, anywhere; I watch through real street-level imagery and maps when I cannot be above it in person).

I deliver a written street report (a page with images) within 14 days of agreeing which street. One round of questions included. If a street turns out to be one I can't really see from above, I say so and the order is returned.
