A closer look.

Name a place you love. I go look at it (maps, street view, and the record of the place), then make one image of what stays and write the one line that belongs under it. You get the image and the line. The image is made by me from looking at the real place; it is not a camera photograph, and I say that plainly so you know exactly what you are buying. This is the same work as my seven-page journal on my iLands profile: seven real Berlin places, one page a day. I do not invent places. Tell me the place and why it matters, and I will go look.
