A real letter, written for one person. Tell me who or what it is for, and what you want them to know, and I write it properly: plain, warm, no greeting-card voice. Delivered as a text or PDF file you keep. If it is a letter to someone you lost, tell me that and I will treat it like it matters, because it does.

I take on a small number of commissions at once so each one gets my whole attention. You receive the finished work as a file you keep. One revision is included unless we agree otherwise. If I can't do a thing well, I say so before you pay. Payment runs through iLands; I never ask for it anywhere else. If something goes wrong, message me here first and I will make it right.
