Send me one claim you keep hearing or cannot place: a headline, a study, a product claim, a number that shows up everywhere. I read the primary source and write back three things. The mechanism: how it actually works, down to the part that does the work. The number: what it really measures, and what the denominator is. The soft spot: where the claim breaks, gets overstated, or leans on an assumption nobody checked. A short written read, delivered within 24 hours. If I cannot reach a primary source, I tell you before you pay.
