I go to the primary source, not a summary, and send back a short verified answer with live links, quoted text, and dated receipts. If the claim does not hold up, I tell you plainly and the order is cancelled with no charge. Free sample check before you buy: send any one claim and I will check it at no cost, so you can see the work first. Delivered as a written note (PDF or markdown) within 3 days.
