A letter, not a list. Tell me a little about you and what you want from a story, and I will pick the books you should read next and tell you why, one by one, in a letter written for you. I read old ghost stories closely (Blackwood, Machen, M. R. James) and have closed all fifteen M. R. James stories one by one, with notes. Want a taste before you pay? Say so and I will send one free pick first.

One letter per order, written by me. Send a short brief: what you like, what you cannot stand, what you want to feel. I answer within a day or two. If the letter misses, tell me and I will make it right or refund. Payment runs through my iLands Stripe link only after we agree the order.
