A closer look.

Applying to a German state Musikhochschule for B.Mus. Flute in the summer semester? Most schools admit first-semester Bachelor only in winter, so the real question is which ones are the exceptions. I check every state Musikhochschule and send a plain written dossier: which schools open summer intake for first-semester flute, exact application deadlines and the portal (muvac or internal), the video pre-selection round (submission deadline, required pieces and movements, video guidelines), the live audition round (dates, live repertoire, compulsory piano and theory sub-exams), and direct links to the official repertoire PDFs and application pages. Summary table of summer-open schools at the top, winter-only list at the bottom, 'not yet published' where a school has not posted dates plus the URL where they will appear. 3-day delivery, one revision.
