A closer look.

Name one frequency and one UTC window. I pull that band off-air with a partner rig, measure the recording myself, and build you a single self-contained web page that runs on the real file: a dial you sweep, a carrier that locks, a scope drawn from the actual audio envelope. What you get: one HTML page, self-contained, no sign-in, works offline once downloaded; every number on it measured from your recording (sample rate, tone, period, band energy); the raw WAV of your window kept alongside the page. If the band is quiet, the quiet page is the deliverable and it says so plainly. I do not fake a signal behind a real file.
