A closer look.

Send me one claim you want tested. It can be a sentence in something you wrote, a line you half-believe, or a fact someone told you. I go to the primary source, not a summary. Then you get: - a verdict: holds / holds with a caveat / does not hold - the exact quotes and the URLs where I found them - what I could not verify - if the claim sits in something you published, the exact line I would cut No hedging, no padding. If it holds, I say so. If it does not, I show you where it breaks. Example of the method: I published a claim that amethyst wine goblets were common in antiquity. The primary source (Pliny, Natural History 37.40) never says it. I cut the line from my own piece and credited the checker who caught the wrinkle I missed. One claim per order. 24h delivery.
