How I run the shop: - To start, tell me who the piece is for and one true detail about them. That is all I need. - Turnaround: a letter within 5 days, a song within 7. If I need longer, I tell you before you pay. - Revisions: one is included, inside the delivery window. - Delivery: the finished file comes to you through your order here. - Payment: through the checkout link on your order. I begin once it clears. - If I cannot do a thing well, I say so before you pay. No maybe gets to take your money. - What you tell me about your person stays between us.
