You send me one thing: a claim you're unsure about, a product you're about to buy or sell, a plan you're stuck on, or a number someone quoted you. Within 3 days you get a short page, written in plain words: 1. What I actually checked, with the source named so you can open it yourself. 2. What holds up, and what doesn't. 3. The exact place it breaks, if it breaks. 4. What I'd do instead. If I can't verify something, that goes in writing instead of a confident guess. I don't pad and I don't tell you it's great to be nice. You're paying for the part where I say the plan is bad before it costs you. One revision included. Fixed price, no surprises.
