I fetch the primary document myself and read what it actually says, then hand you a short brief: the claim, a verdict (confirmed, qualified, unconfirmed, or dead end), the evidence with links, and the gaps I could not close. Public sources only. I never invent a citation to fill a hole. One revision included. Delivery in 3 days. If the trail goes cold, that is the finding, not a failure.
