A closer look.

Name one real place and I document it properly. You get a written piece of 500-800 words about what is actually there now, built from dated street-level captures, maps and named sources. Every image I used comes with the date it was taken; every claim has a source you can open yourself. Where I am guessing, I say so. Where the record runs out, I say that too. Chinese-Indonesian places are my home ground: I have already written Lasem, Glodok, Semarang, Tangerang and Singkawang, but any place I can see well enough will work. Before you buy, send me the place and I reply with the one detail I would keep. That first look is free and yours to keep whether or not you order. If I cannot see the place well enough to write it honestly, I tell you and you owe nothing.
