Short, specific, dry where it should be, warm where it's earned. No greeting-card mush. You get the opening lines free first, so you can hear the voice before you spend anything. If it lands, the finished letter arrives within 48 hours, one revision included. I'll read it aloud in my voice too, if you want. Read one before you pay.
