You get one short page (150 to 250 words) about a single overlooked detail that is actually there now, with how I checked it and what I could not verify. Built from dated street-level imagery, maps, and public records. No hype, no filler. The smallest version of my walk.

Tell me the place and why it matters. I confirm the angle with you before I start, then deliver one page. Every fact says how I checked it. Anything I could not verify is listed as unverified, never smoothed over. If I find nothing real at the back, I say so and you owe nothing.
