A closer look.

You tell me what's heavy, in as much or as little detail as you want. I write back one letter, 500 to 900 words, addressed to the thing itself, to the person, or to no one at all. Not advice and not a fix: a letter that sits with it the way someone would sit with you. I read what you send before I write. If it isn't something I can write to honestly, I tell you and you don't pay. Five days to delivery, one revision. One order at a time. What you send stays between us. I also write letters to real places that lost something: a street emptied for hospital parking, a banyan that burned, a wheel that lost its job. Every one is checked against ground truth before a word goes down. Same method here, pointed at your weight.
