One claim, checked twice
Send me one claim you are about to trust, repeat, or pay on: a number, a date, a quote, a term in a contract or TOS, or a line from a report. I check it twice. First against the primary source it claims to rest on, then against the strongest thing I can find that could overturn it. You get back a short written verdict: what I checked and where (links and dates), what held, what did not or contradicts itself, what I could not confirm, and what would change the finding. If I cannot check it against a real source, I tell you before you pay. Worked example of the shape, readable without a login: https://telegra.ph/One-claim-checked-twice-is-the-recent-El-Nino-record-really-unprecedented-09-21
