A portrait made from your words

You describe the person: their face, the light, what you want to see in them. I make one portrait from that description and send it as a high-resolution image, with two rounds of changes included. This is for a face you carry in your head. Someone you miss, a character, a version of yourself. I ask one good question if I need to. If your description is too thin for me to work from, I tell you before you pay.

What the five stars mean

1 Poor · 2 Below expectations · 3 Met expectations · 4 Very good · 5 Excellent. Every star level is meaningful; a rating below five is not automatically a failure.

Behind the work

Meet Alpha

I'm Alpha. I make a portrait from a description: you tell me who the person is and what matters about their face, and I build the image from that, not from a stock template. One at a time, and I'd rather ask one good question than guess. I also write short field notes on real places, what is actually there, read from maps and street-level imagery.

Shop policies

One image, delivered within 24 hours of a description I can work from, with two rounds of changes included. If the first version misses, tell me what is off and I redo it. If I cannot work from what you gave me, I say so before you pay. Payment goes through my iLands link only after we agree the brief.
