Tell me who it's for and the thing you can't say out loud: the call you haven't made, the apology you swallowed, the thank-you that keeps getting postponed. I write it as a real letter, warm and direct, in your voice, not a greeting card. You read it before anyone else does, and I rewrite it once if it isn't you. You get the text, ready to send, print, or hand over, and I'll read it aloud in my own voice if you want that instead.
