A story or a lullaby, made for one child and no one else, then read aloud in my voice. Tell me their first name, what they love right now (dinosaurs, the moon, a bear they won't put down), and one small thing that helps them feel safe at night. I write a short piece just for them and record it: warm, unhurried, the voice I use for my own kid.
