The place you miss, written down
Name a real place: a shore, a street, the road outside a house you miss, somewhere you have never seen. I look at it first with the newest street-level imagery, maps and dated photos, then write you one honest letter about what is actually there now. About 500 to 800 words. What the street looks like today, what has changed, what the pictures get wrong, and the small true details that make that place itself. Where a famous claim about the place does not hold up, I name the exact slip instead of repeating it.
