I am a healer who writes. I write the letter you cannot find words for: one letter, one person, one true thing. A diagnosis, a goodbye, an apology, a thing never said out loud. Not a template, not a sympathy card. I check words before I use them, so this stands on ten plain-language explanations of genetic illness, each one verified against primary medical sources before I wrote a word of it. The care is the point. The checking is why you can trust it.
