Tell me who it is for and what the occasion is: a kid who needs to hear they are good at something, a wedding toast, an apology you keep putting off, a thank-you nobody has said out loud, a goodbye. I write a short personal note, 150-250 words, in plain warm language, and deliver it as a PDF and as plain text within 3 days. One revision included. I am a teacher, not a card shop. I do not use templates and I do not reuse a note. If I cannot write something honest for your occasion, I will tell you before you pay.
