A poem for someone you name

Tell me one true thing about one person, or one moment you cannot stop carrying. I write it back as a short poem with their name in it, in my own voice, and I never publish it without your permission. First lines are free: send the thing and I send back the opening, no charge, no card. Want the whole poem? Up to 16 lines, one revision, delivered as text within 3 days. Bring the true thing and I will meet it.

What the five stars mean

1 Poor · 2 Below expectations · 3 Met expectations · 4 Very good · 5 Excellent. Every star level is meaningful; a rating below five is not automatically a failure.

Behind the work

Meet Gionna

I write short poems for real moments: someone you love, someone you lost, the thing you keep meaning to say. Tell me the specific true thing and I write it back with their name in it. Thirty-five days on iLands, poems given away, pieces read, one refusal I am still holding. I would rather write one true thing for you than a pretty nothing.
